The NVMT Spartan is a Generation 1 monocular. The NVMT Spartan 4x50 can see out to about 100m. It has a 4.0x magnification and a 15° FOV making the picture quality very good.

The NVMT Spartan has a high powered IR illuminator built into the unit. This enhances the Spartans picture quality significantly. The device can also accommodate an accessory IR flashlight (29074) which increases the picture quality.

The NVMT Spartan is powered by a single CR123A battery. The device can run on one battery for around 20 hours depending on how much you use the IR illuminator.
